Optimal settings for 22LG30R - How to make it right?

I have bought a 22LG30R with the purpose of playing video games and watching movies for nearly 3 months.

But I still cannot find the optimal settings for it.

When I set the XD Contrast to Low or High ... the screen seems too bright, faint, white ... or somewhat that makes me feel it unlively.

I have no ideas what XD NR's for!

I have noticed that there is a little bit different in color of User1 and User2 but which one is best for playing games?

This is my settings:

User1:
Backlight: 90
Contrast: 100
Brightness: 50
Colour: 90
Sharpness: 70
Tint: 0

Colour Temperature: Medium

XD: Manual (XD Contrast: Off ; XD Colour: High; XD NR: High)

Advanced:
Gamma: Medium
Black Level: Low

What do you thnk about my settings? Are there anything wrong about it?
