LCD TV technology has advanced
to fantastic heights...
Millions and billions are being invested in
LCD TV
production worldwide!
The big names in this technology include: LG, Sharp,Sony, Samsung, Panasonic,
Toshiba,
Akai,
Philips and there are many more who are all fighting for a slice of the LCD Flat Screen market.

But how do they work
Well, in my words.... and I do mean (my words!),
Basically..a source of light is portrayed through a sandwich of polarized panels of glass that contain pixels of naturally twisted crystals that untwist when electrocuted so enabling light to shine through........("pheww". try saying that quickly!)
(not a very technical explanation)
