if you want to know what owning an ilo or prima are like they are the same TV and are like go too!

You will find all about their "service" because I made the mistake of buying one and can produce the name and # of a repair shop that has tried to repair mine!

If you read the blogs they all say about the same thing!

DONT DO IT!!!!!!! mine was barely out of warranty and the repairs they wanted to send a refurbished unit for the same amount of what I paid for what I tought was a new unit!

PS THEY ARE SOMEWHERE OUT OF CANADA AND YOU CAN NOT GET A CORRECT ADDRESS EVEN THROUGH THE B.B.B.
